The worst service ever meet in thailand!!!!!!!! We call the shop to make an order. On the call, the staff is very arrogant without any politeness. it seems we are begging her to sell the cake to us and we didn’t care about it. However, when the call is over, the staff talked to another one: the person is hard to talk. she said in thai but we have learned thai for years. we know the meaning. The appointed time is 20:00. we drive to the shop from airport. and i have told her i will arrival before 20.00 and i’m driving. from 19:00, she keep calling me!!! while i’m driving..... Tone is still Arrogant. the traffic is too bad, but we arrived before 20.00. we enter the shop to pick up the cake. the staff just gave the box and turned around to do other things. Not saying anything. even not check who we are. when we open the box, it’s the pic attached. only cake. No knife or plates. fruits are scattered. some not on the cake. The price is 1800...

Coming in to the shop, on my way to have tea with my friends in his condo close by Ekkamai. I waited for the two girls in front of me to get ready and I checked out the pastries.

When it was my turn I pointed at the pastries, two of those and two of those and two of those. I had reached 780 Baht and I was not even close to be ready choosing pastries.

Now the staff served another customer buying stuff and she prepared to give way for me when I pointed at the next two pastries. It is OK, you go ahead, I said.

I left the shop buying nothing, it is not the customer that should keep track of the queue, it is the staff.

Awesome cakes, marvellous pastry, even some sugar-free options, so 5* for that. Atmosphere is friendly and ambient. The key to your great lunch is to come as an ordinary customer, without any eatigo discounts. If one makes the mistake and tries to enjoy the place on discount in dead hours, EVERY time one's gonna be hated. Pastas, salads, sandwiches will be unavailable and one just realizes that he's a bastard who consumes their delicious items almost for free.
