On Father’s Day, December 5th, we visited the new Lets Relax Spa across ICONSIAM, we were thrilled to find a branch of our favorite Thai wellness chain right there!

We opted for the Dream Package, which includes 45 minutes of foot reflexology, 15 minutes of hand reflexology, and 30 minutes of back and shoulder massage. This package is fantastic and highly recommended for its value and relaxation. During a previous trip to Hua Hin, we had also enjoyed the Dream Package while staying at The Peri, conveniently located near another Lets Relax Spa.

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and escorted to the third floor, where we relaxed in comfortable massage chairs for a soothing foot and hand massage. Next, we moved to the second floor for an invigorating back and shoulder massage on a mat.

The experience concluded with a cup of tea and the signature mango sticky rice, leaving us completely refreshed and rejuvenated.

Kudos to the team at Lets Relax Spa! We’ll definitely be back during our next visit to ICONSIAM.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Let’s Relax Spa at the Icon Siam branch, and it was an incredibly rejuvenating experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a calming atmosphere and professional staff who made me feel right at home.

The spa itself is beautifully designed, with a tranquil ambiance that immediately puts you at ease. The treatments offered are diverse, and I opted for the signature massage, which was absolutely fantastic. The therapist was skilled, attentive, and made sure to tailor the pressure to my preference. I left feeling completely relaxed and stress-free.

One of the standout features of Let’s Relax Spa is the attention to detail, from the high-quality products used to the peaceful music that played throughout the session. The staff were also very friendly and informative, ensuring that I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I do usually really love the Let’s Relax chain. However this particular branch is always so disappointing for me, and I would NOT recommend you go here, as there are a lot of low-class clientele. Both times I had a massage in a room with multiple other customers in it who completely lacked etiquette. The staff will not tell these customers to be quiet and considerate of others until I get annoyed and have to say something, which completely ruined my experience. Both times I have been suddenly woken from my relaxed state due to loud talking and laughing, bringing CHILDREN in the room who are having coughing fits, playing videos on their phone aloud and not using headphones….That is absolutely unacceptable considering how much more expensive these massages are than hundreds of other stores on the same street. If I choose to pay a lot money for a massage, I expect exceptional service. There is zero reason for children or babies to be brought into the shared massage rooms. You will lose good regular clients if you cannot stand up to those who act as if they are the only ones paying money to...
