I had high hopes for my second visit to THESIS after enjoying my first experience. Unfortunately, I was assigned to the owner, Prae, who was unprofessional and made me feel bad about my hair. Despite having healthy hair, she constantly commented on its condition and aggressively pushed expensive treatments. I felt pressured and uncomfortable. The high prices (900 THB) and parking fees (20 THB for only 1 hour) make it an even less appealing option. I'm disappointed and won't...

Best salon in Bangkok! Even though I live in Phuket, whenever I have a chance to visit Bangkok, I always make time to come here. The staff and the owner are incredibly friendly and kind, and the overall environment is just amazing.

All the products they use work perfectly for me, even though I have very sensitive skin — never had any issues.
