Khrua Nai Baan! Get ready for a home-style Thai feast that'll make you feel like you've been adopted by a super-talented Thai grandma 👵🍲. Imagine a place where the flavors are as comforting as a warm hug, the portions are generous, and the atmosphere is so cozy, you might just want to move in 🏡💖. Picture yourself digging into classic Thai dishes, made with love and a secret ingredient (probably just extra garlic and a whole lot of heart) 🧄❤️. You can expect all your favorites, from fragrant curries to sizzling stir-fries, each dish bursting with authentic flavors that'll transport you straight to Thailand 🇹🇭😋. It’s a place where every meal feels like a family gathering. However, let’s be honest, sometimes "home-style Thai" can feel a bit like a real-life game of "find a parking spot," especially if it's a popular local haunt 🚗😅. And while the food is undeniably delicious, you might also find yourself questioning your ability to resist ordering everything on the menu, especially if you're a sucker for Thai food like me 🤤🍜. Overall, Khrua Nai Baan sounds like a delightful and heartwarming dining experience, a place where you can savor the true taste of Thai home cooking and maybe even make some new friends, even if you sometimes feel like you’re participating in a synchronized food coma with a hundred other...

Upon entering, we were given such confused and odd looks - almost like we weren't welcome there. Then upon ordering, we were given more attention - a lot of it in fact. The workers likely meant well by (big smile and very friendly), but were hovering over us and giving us suggestions on what to eat, how to eat it, and with which sauces to eat it, but I prefer my privacy and space when dining. Feeling watched while eating is uncomfortable. Clean environment but no windows in the main dining area felt a bit claustrophobic.

Food was 5 star. Menu is massive with plenty options spanning Thai and Chinese cuisine. Pictures of only half the food items caused us to order a type of noodle we both didn't like. Description was "stir friend noodle" and not specific enough to know it was a wide glass noodle.

Prices were exceptional for the quality of the food. Prices varied a lot within the menu though for seemingly similar valued items. For example, this was the cheapest fried rice I think I've seen in a restaurant with the most expensive mango...

I used to visit this restaurant frequently in the past but haven't been there for many years. I went there lastnight and found lots of change, there is a new building! Food is still good, naturally the price has gone up since my last visit. Service staff were very friendly, polite and attentive.

The only downside is the parking management. My husband came in another pick-up truck with my mother-in-law who had a knee operation and was using the walking stick. There was enough space for the pick-up truck to park infront of the restaurant but the staff told my husband that he cannot park at the space. So he drove his truck to the car park walked back and found another car parked at the empty spot he was not allowed to park. If you told one customer that he/she cannot park here then you shouldn't let another customer park at...

Khrua Nai Baan brings together the best of Thai street noodle shops, a decent choice of Dim Sum and a-la-carte menu. You can choose a table in the open air courtyard with a noodle station and water tanks with fish & seafood; or go for an air-conditioned dining area indoors. Prices on the menu do not include 7% VAT, so be prepared for a higher total in the bill. My all-time favourite is a combo mix from the mobile station outside with a choice of noodles BBQ Pork, Crispy Belly Pork, Smoked or Roasted Duck, Chinese Pork Sausage and Grilled Chicken. See the photo here. The chef does not speak English but you can walk to him and point out what you like; or place your order in English to very friendly waitresses.

ive been here once, and i can tell thisbis one of the local authentic thai food that you must try, - (main) pork ribs fried with garlic that is not juicy as its local style with approx 200g cost just 200 thb (7usd) - (single dish) of pineapple stirfried just 100thb (3.5 usd) -(single dish) pork with chilli curry fried 80 thb (3 usd) - IMO those are delicious - the staff is nice they provide snack before main serve - the price is no services charge whatsoever - you can park there 3-4 lots the atmosphere is as other say, no noisy as other place in this area. the menu picture looks not that good thats why its beyond my expectation

Didn't realize the market price for a fish can end up with $1320thbt for a single fried fish, whereas we had a nice grilled fish in Neno market for $300thbt the next day....Be aware they will over charge you when it stated as market price...Ensure you clear about the price before ordering. Reply to the comments below: We didn't see a black board stand. We don't know Thai writing. We werent even sure the fish we ate was grouper. It's okay, we will go eat what we love and what we love will never be this place ....ever!
