We were a family of 7 people and booked a 3 bedder apt for one week The apt was huge n there was an attached toilet in every room which made it very convenient for everyone, there was even a toilet in the living area the cleaning of the room daily was very thorough n the staff included the security guard were all very helpful esp Kate, they were always smiling n went beyond to help us make bookings to watch Ms Tiffany show in Pattaya , The kitchen was fully utilised as one of my family member had a special restriction diet n had to cook her meals daily Overall it’s a fantastic place to stay and the spaciousness of the apt made the family bonding for all of us very comfortable The location may not be ideal but it was no issue for us as we booked Grab whenever we went out However the free tuk tuk to the BTS station was a bonus as we did spend some time at the mall where the tuk tuk alighted us Thank you Benviar for a wonderful n comfortable stay ! My family thoroughly enjoyed their stay there and the apt was something we were all looking forward to return...

The rooms needs lots of repairs: Broken dining table, bedframe sharp corners , toilet fan, air conditioner noise, stove wobble and not turning on, low shower pressure, window gaps, Poor interior design, dirty and old furniture, etc.

Location: 15 min walk to Chitlom BTS.

Free Shuttle: The two times shuttles daily are just taxi drivers looking for customers so they sometimes hesitantly take you to main road.

Lobby: There's no lobby. Just an small office in the parking.

Noise: Multiple buildings constructions near by making huge noise from 7am to 11pm.

All above problems can be improved or even tolerated for short stays. But not this one: In my one month stay new Manager Dara was keep talking behind guest and sometimes insulting them. She fired all staff (very nice people) upon her arrival. She even complain the building needs a lot of work etc. Very stressful. Will never go back as long as Dara is...
