My wife & i booked 2hrs Thai Massage Package on 23/4/25(10am)for 2 pax through ThaiHand apps. Both of us was well arranged in a couple room. Nice ambience and comfortable. Thanks to my masseuse as she performed authentic Thai Massage techniques very well. However, we very dissatisfied and felt angry with the masseuse that serve my wife. As my wife told me, the massage was performed very perfunctorily, with frequent sudden stops at odd points. It wasn't until my wife suddenly looked up at her, startling her awake and making her freeze, that we realized she had been dozing off the entire time. When applying the hot compress, her touch was fleeting and light, like a dragonfly landing briefly on water. She just dabbed randomly across my wife's body, and it wasn't proper application at all. She was unprofessional, her techniques were unorthodox, and we don't understand how she passed her training and assessment. We used to be regular customer of Let's Relax Spa. We did enjoyed our massages at other outlet e.g. patong 3rd road, bangkok, pattaya. We hope that management will take the selection and training of your massage therapists seriously and prevent individuals who do not meet your company's standards from slipping in unnoticed. Very very bad experience: The place is very clean, well located and nice. But the massager was very bad; I paid for a 90 min Thai massage; she took 15 to go to the toilet, and that’s ok, we are humans (but she didn’t compensate for that time) The masssge itself was horrible; she passed for nothing (not pressure, no movement at all) to agresive when I request a bit more of pressure, then she started with the masacre. Instase of a dynamic massage she was just standing in every part of the body for minutes, actually when I was facing down I felt like she was on the phone or Dominga something else.

I had a wonderful massage on 16/11/24. Let’s relax M social is very accommodating, knowing I’ll be late due to the traffic. When I arrived, someone came to the lobby to bring me up to the massage parlour. Tea and cold towel was served. I did a 1 hour foot massage and 2 hours body massage. I have to say this is the best massage I ever had anywhere in Thailand. If anyone of you read this review, please look for Pimapsorn! She has awesome hands, her massage is immaculate. She cares very much for her clients too, getting tea before a long massage and right after the foot massage! It’s def worth every penny!
