First time travelling to this island luckily have a great chance to try out this cool resort. Ananya lipe ,to be honest even the resort is still under construction but we feel not interfere by the construction team at all. Well since we drop off from the speedboat then long tail boat due to the low tide, the hotel reception with flashy orange umbrella is awaiting for us and lead us to check in. Once we arrived at the hotel counter the cold towel and fresh orange juice is real refreshing well if they tip an orange sorbet is real heaven. :) Then the lovely reception lead us to the room, wow room is gorgeous fully equipped with 55 inches smart tv and if you are coffee lover the capsule coffee is ready to serve in the room, along with 6 bottles of water, to be honest this made big different and help you away for dehydration. Again the room is access to the pool we can jump in any time even after dinner with the cool blue lighting decorate. For the food to be honest we did not try at the resort but we went to have breakfast at their sister hotel Akita to be honest it's superb, high class breakfast along with great attentive hotel associate. By the way the noodle soup with fish ball was superb, highly recommend. For our dinner time we try the restaurant name The Stake house, again this restaurant is operate by the Ananya, what is surprising the price are not much different from the others but the service is the tip top. We spent every dinners there. To be honest even the hotel is not fully open yet but I am strongly believe they will delivery the superb service once the hotel is fully run. Again we plan to visit u guys again next month and we wishing you all the best for this great...
Read moreWe did a 5 night stay with my family over the Christmas holiday. This is a fantastic hotel to stay at whether it’s a family holiday or a romantic couple’s getaway. We had a Deluxe Pool Access room, which the kids absolutely LOVED because they could literally jump into the pool anytime they wanted. We also had a suite which was so spacious, had a great big balcony, and a cool private little pool with jets. Ananya is a beachfront property and the sand is so white and powdery soft. The Water is clear crystal blue - absolutely beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like is that there were so many long tail boats parked at our beach area and a relatively small area to swim. This didn’t bug us too much though as there was other areas of the beach we walked to, and also other incredible beaches within walking/tuk tuk distance. Ananya is also very conveniently located within walking distance to the main “Walking Street” where you can get everything from massages, beach toys, street food, book excursions etc The staff at the hotel are also very kind, helpful, and professional - the welcome staff when checking in/out, the housekeeping, the waiters/waitresses, they’re all wonderful! The breakfast buffet is pretty good too, a nice mix of local and western options. Lots of fresh fruit and great eggs and Prata (Roti Chanai). Perhaps they could invest in a better coffee machine than a Nespresso but that just my opinion.
All in all this was one of my best Thailand holidays ever! We’ll DEFINITELY be going back to Koh Lipe and staying at...
Read moreI'm here to write a review. I drove from Malaysia to the border and stayed there for one night. The next morning, I took a speedboat for about 2 hours to get to the hotel. I think it's unnecessary for the speedboat to stop at two places on the way. One is a national park and the other is also on an island. I don't know what island it is. Each stop is only 15 minutes. I think I'm wasting time going up and down. The waiter was very nice and smiling when I arrived at the hotel. The food for breakfast and dinner was also delicious. But in the afternoon, I started to hear the sound system all the time, and I couldn't rest well. I didn't think it was particularly comfortable and nice? The main drinking band was also average? It wasn't particularly passionate and unrestrained, let alone professional. It was even worse at night. The sound system was loud until about 11:30-12:00. I really couldn't sleep well for four days and three nights. I was very tired. I couldn't calm down. Next to it was Working Street.. There was marijuana for sale. Every time I passed by, I closed my nose. It was very smelly. It is recommended that if you come here, don't stay in the city center. Stay about ten minutes away from here. I also went to several other beaches and had meals. I think it's much more relaxing and...
