When they made my nails, it was ok, but the next day, one was missing (!) I went back to fix it, and they charged me extra, even though it was their fault. They didn't do gel, so they used another product, which was not so hard, and they replaced my broken nail with a tip nail bigger than my actual nail. It was so funny, 2 days after that tip fell off again. Also, they are super slow. It took them 2 hours just for pedicure, and they didn't even soak my feet in water....
