Spa Massage Hamam Center (Medical Massage Sport Massage) — Local services in Muratpaşa

We booked for a couples experience , that includes sauna hammam and oil massage. First we arrive and they just shove us to a changing room, no instructions then we put the towel and go into the sauna, sauna usually has a water bowl where you can put water into the rocks for the steam and the water was empty, no one came to take us out we came out and waited. Then we are waiting for the hammam and the girl came to take us separately (Al though I booked for couples, and asked a million times before is it together) so I got the Turkish bath then I had to wait for my partner to do it ? We then proceed for the oil massage and that’s the only thing that earned the stars in this review. The massage was amazing and the girls really knew what they’re doing. However the massage room has no AC and I was sweating during the massage lol. If it wasn’t for how good my masseuse hands were I would’ve left. The staff and service at Hotel Old Town Point in Antalya were beyond disappointing. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the staff lacked professionalism and basic courtesy. They seemed disinterested in assisting guests and were often outright rude.

Whenever I approached the reception desk with a question or concern, I was met with indifference and a lack of willingness to help. Basic requests, such as ordering additional towels or fixing a malfunctioning TV, were met with delays and excuses. There was a clear lack of training and a disregard for guest satisfaction.

Massage was very good! However communication and organization of the process sauna - hamam - massage were very disappointing. Would they sell “massage only” - would be good.
