If you are unable to attend to a customer, it is essential to communicate this clearly rather than misleading them. I called to order chicken noodle soup and double-checked the delivery with the call attendant. Unfortunately, the attendant seemed rushed and did not ask for my delivery address initially. When I inquired about it, he quickly requested it, but before I could finish providing the address, he disconnected the call.
Approximately 20 minutes later, I received a call from the delivery person stating that they were outside my room. However, they were at the wrong location because the bill indicated a different room number.
To add to the situation, I had ordered chicken noodle soup, but I received chicken noodles instead. This experience was a waste of both time and money. I would recommend that if your team is in a hurry, it's better to avoid handling delivery calls in such a rushed manner to prevent such issues...

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Fiama restaurant in Abu Dhabi. In my 11 years here, I have never encountered a restaurant that charges AED 14 for a medium-sized avocado mango mix. This price is completely unreasonable and unfair to customers.
It feels like the owner has already built an empire and is exploiting customers with such exorbitant prices. Charging such an amount for a simple medium-sized juice is unacceptable.
