Today I had dinner at the Horizon restaurant, which is located in the famous and beautiful Amwaj Rotana hotel. This hotel combines a beautiful interior, convenient location and excellent service. This is an ideal option for travelers. The Horizon restaurant offers a large selection of salads, meat dishes, fruits, sweets, cold and hot drinks. I also want to recommend trying the delicious pilaf. Delicious, crumbly rice, harmoniously combined with all the ingredients of this wonderful dish. The meat in the pilaf is juicy, soft and melts in your mouth. Each dish is cooked perfectly and beautifully presented. Large selection of homemade drinks. Each drink has a rich taste, moderately sweet and very tasty. This restaurant also offers a large selection of dates, nuts, candied fruits. With delicious dates, I recommend a cup of aromatic Arabic coffee. This coffee is famous for its rich taste with the aroma of cardamom. Thanks to the staff for the excellent service. We recently had the pleasure of being hosted by Mr. Mostafa, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us warmly and ensured that every detail of our dining experience was perfect. He was attentive to all of our needs and went out of his way to accommodate our requests, no matter how small.

Throughout the evening, Mr. Mostafa remained professional, courteous, and friendly. He provided us with everything we needed promptly and efficiently. His proactive attitude and ability to anticipate our needs made the entire experience feel seamless and enjoyable.

Overto provided an exceptional customer service. He was always polite, professional and extremely pleasant to my 12 year old disabled son and I. He is extremely helpful and has a very cheerful and sunny attitude. I hope he receives the recognition he deserves, as he is a true asset to the hotel restaurant. Bogale also provided an outstanding service. On my day of departure, Bogale came to the room to find out whether I needed additional water or coffee before setting off to the airport. I really appreciated this kind gesture. I can honestly say, this hotel’s customer service has been outstanding.
