Veggie is so professional and patient and loves her job... she's got your back! Chay is soo gentle and cares about the clients feelings, I slightly flinched coz I had a foot injury but she noticed and was really gentle while giving me a massage that really moved...if it's your first it definitely won't be your last.

I did eyelash extension at The Salon Oasis , first of all the the British lady I asked her what is my eye type and I was excited when I explain to her that my eyes are big and I need a specific type of lashes and she just ignored me and did not interact back! As a professional employee they should engage with the customers and gain their trust at least , anyways she started to put the lashes and it took me more than one hour why ??! Because she was on her phone every 10 minutes texting !!! And she leaves me with eyes-closed it’s so painful when I keep my eyes closes for more than one hour come on i’m human though ! I’m not here to understand your personal issues or problems we are customers and we pay for this service ! It was not nice at all the glue is heavy and got my eyes itchy and red and my lashes were sticking together and it falls from the same day ! After 3 days almost most lashes were already gone !!!! Not even equal set ! It’s 3D lashes and we requested classic...

If you are unsure where to go for extensions I definitely recommend Sophie. Having moved to Dubai recently I was trying to find nice salons and experts to get my extensions done and Sophie at the JA Ocean View Salon was AMAZING! So helpful, friendly and professional. She really knows her stuff, took time to get to know my hair and discuss all methods of extensions that would be suitable. Really high quality hair and products my extensions have lasted so well! So pleased to have found the perfect extensions...

the one star goes to the amazing staff. Very accommodating and nice to be around. The quality though is very bad when it comes to manicures. Did gel manicure twice, and it peeled off within a week! first time, they told me their re-do policy is 7 days, I had contacted them on the 8th day. Fast forward a month later, the policy is 5 days after my nails were peeling off on the 6th day. And I'm a regular, I get my hair, eyebrows, and nails done there. Really sad I won't be coming back as I'll miss the staff...
