Today on Sunday my friend and I decided to visit Voult as we live nearby. And the bar on the first floor was closed. We know that Voult has a great view so we decided to go up and it was a convenient time around 10 pm. But we were greeted very strangely. The girl at the reception Takiyan said that you need to book in advance for seats in the bar table . When the doors opened and we saw that the bar was absolutely empty. We were very confused. She said that you need to call and book. We called and the manager on the phone said that you donât need to book seats at the bar, only tables. Takiyan continued to insist that we wonât be able to visit the bar today without any explanation. She was extremely negative. Maybe she doesnât accept other nationalities?! We had this opinion. And the manager on the phone generously booked a table for us for this time. Takiyan covered the name on the badge with her hand when I tried to read her name. What kind of attitude towards guests and clients is this?? And this is not the first time she has done this! She always makes a problem to visit the Voult bar. Why does such a wonderful bar in a 5 star Marriott hotel have such staff?? This is the first time I have seen such an attitude towards guests!! It is strange when there is a lot of competition in Dubai and such behavior of the staff. She invited the manager and the waiter and for no reason did not want to let us into the bar. And yet we went to a reserved table and ordered a bottle of champagne because Takiyan had completely ruined our mood. After staying for about 2 hours, the bar counter was still completely empty. Takiyan seated the guests who came to the tables by the window and the visitors could not choose a place comfortable for them and the establishment seemed completely empty. This is the first time I have seen such power in a person who receives guests. The only thing that pleased me was the wonderful music and good champagne, thanks to the DJ! The food also requires improvement. I think such a place with a wonderful view should have excellent service as well as attentive and polite staff so that revenues increase. We also came with friends when Takiyan was not open and it was a full bar of people. Notice how staff can be reduce income of...

If you haven't been to Dubai, you need to understand that most bars and night clubs have minimum spend requirements which is around $175 - $275 USD per person, if you been there you totally understand. The Vault didn't require a minimum spend and the service was EXCELLENT!
We were celebrating my husbands birthday. We did not have a reservation and as you can see from our photos Phillisha went above and beyond our expectation and surprised my husband with a cake and birthday shot on the house! Please understand... The kitchen wasn't offering a full menu so that was way above your normal customer service. Also, my husband and I are none smokers and I have a medical condition that is irritated by smoke. I never shared my medical condition with Phillisha but we did ask for an area with less smoke. She gave us the best view in a reserved area with little to no smoke. She truly made our experience at the Vault a FIVE STAR experience!
Please ask for Phillisha and tip her well! She...

Stepping into the Vault, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and sophistication. The décor exuded elegance, with plush leather seating, polished marble surfaces, and a warm, ambient glow that set the perfect mood.
As the evening progressed, I struck up conversations with fellow patrons, each with their own stories and backgrounds. The Vault seemed to attract a diverse and cosmopolitan crowd, all brought together by a shared appreciation for fine experiences.
As the night drew to a close, I couldn't help but reflect on the unforgettable experience I'd had at the Vault. It was more than just a bar; it was a sensory journey through elegance, taste, and sound, set against the backdrop of one of the world's most...
