I am absolutely furious and feel compelled to warn everyone about the horrendous service provided by Desert Safari Dubai (Dubai-Safaris). Our mood was completely ruined before we even reached the desert. What was supposed to be a beautiful and memorable experience was tainted by stress, frustration, and anger.

We had paid a premium for a private sunset maternity photoshoot tour, expecting a peaceful and personalized experience that is uninterrupted. What a joke that was. What we got was a masterclass in deceit and incompetence.

Despite clearly communicating a change in the pickup location via WhatsApp and verbally on the phone the day before our trip, Anees the driver had the audacity to show up late, at a completely wrong location, and then lied straight to our faces about it.

At 4:05 PM, he claimed to be at the new location, even though we had updated him the day before to pick us up at the initial location (twice, on the WhatsApp which he had read and verbally on the phone). Then, he finally shows up at the correct location at 4:26 PM claiming it was due to heavy traffic condition when he was turning back from the new location (despite already knowing we are not meeting there).

The truth? He was busy dropping off another passenger blatantly prioritizing another job over ours, despite our private booking. Yes, you heard that right. He prioritized another fare over our booked and confirmed private tour, cutting our precious photoshoot time short.

This wasn't just a minor inconvenience; it was a complete betrayal of trust. We were robbed of precious time for our maternity photoshoot, a moment we can never get back. Anees's selfish decision to squeeze in another fare before our appointment shows a total lack of respect for us and our special moment. It's clear Desert Safari Dubai (Dubai-Safaris) values money over customer satisfaction or basic honesty.

And if that ordeal wasn't enough, the way the company handled my feedback was appalling. Upon reaching out to them, their response was unapologetic and defensive, showing a blatant disregard for what we went through. They were adamant about defending their position, without any care for customer experience or the slightest hint of empathy. Not once did we receive an apology from the company during our communications. Their attitude was dismissive, as if our distress and inconvenience were of no consequence to them.

I'm beyond disgusted by their service, Anees's deceit, and the company's disgraceful handling of our complaint. I implore anyone thinking of booking with Desert Safari Dubai (Dubai-Safaris) to reconsider, to save yourself from the stress, frustration, and outright anger that we were forced to endure. Their complete lack of professionalism, honesty, and customer care is shocking.

There are plenty of other companies that actually respect their customers. Find a company that truly values and respects its customers, not one that treats them with such disdain. Don't let Desert Safari Dubai (Dubai-Safaris) ruin your special moments with their greed, lies, and appalling...

My experience with Desert Safari Dubai was absolutely dreadful from start to finish. When I called the manager, they promised me various perks and advised me to opt for the premium voucher through the Entertainer app, priced at 375AED per person, with a buy one get one offer as I have entertainer application.. The driver, Majid, seemed clueless about guiding and informing us about the trip's itinerary. Upon discovering that other passengers had paid significantly less (250 AED) I felt cheated Despite being assured of free activities like camel rides and henna, everything came at an extra cost. When I confronted the driver about the discrepancies, he became defensive and hostile, insisting that others had paid more because they don’t have entertainer and he keep arguing with me. Additionally, despite being promised free shisha in a designated area, there was nothing free; they even attempted to charge 100 AED per shisha. It's clear that the manager and staff are deceitful and lack integrity. In our way back the driver was speeding and not keeping enough space with the cars in front of us showing off he is angry. My advice: book through Groupon for a cheaper rate with other companies most of them go to the same place...

Absolutely incredible, genuine experience. Qamar is a true professional with 15 years experience. I was expecting just another short, tame dune bashing sortie... We got the exact opposite - hardcore, exhilarating, INCREDIBLY fun and LONG safari. Very powerful new Nissan Patrol, very clean and taken care of, Qamar did not spare the car at all for us. We asked to go to the limit, and he delivered. Even took us away from the crowded areas to see the naked desert. Amazing photos. Amazing experience. The camp buffet was surprisingly delicious, I did not expect this level of quality.

12/10 experience. I highly recommend Desert Leap, and especially Qamar, if you want a genuine and exhilarating...
