Hassan managed our safari trip in the desert of Dubai perfectly, He was really worried about all the details to make sure the services will feet our desires. There are different kinds of safaris, cheap one where the dunes are small and the food not really good and you wait a lot inside camps of more than 800 persons. Hard to find the good company and value. We decided to pay more for a VIP tour (70€/pers, peak season week of christmas, I guess a good value will be around 50€/pers), to go to the other place "BIG RED DUNES" much nicer and where there are much less persons. The driver very nice and good driver (which you need for sure ;) dropped us in a nice place for photography where we were by ourself, we loved it. There are a lot of tour agencies that stop all together, therefore you are suddenly 20 cars with 50 persons, hard to take a nice picture of the sunset. Then our camp had really quality of food and you could eat as much as you wanted and much less people only about 250 persons... only...but still too much...Don't believe that you will be by yourself, we have seen more than 1000 cars, it is a really touristic attraction ! typical one from dubai. what a shame, we were expecting to be alone as that was a vip tour in the middle of the dunes. But that doesn't work this way. There are only 2 parks closed to do bashing, the rest of it is prohibited, therefore all the jeep goes to the same place . If you like to be by yourself ask for a special trip and explain to Hassan what you are looking for, I am sure he wil find you a good package that will suit you ! as we booked at the last moment we could not do so. Make sure also you ask for all the details about all the extra services : Camel riding, sandboard, falcon clicks, because they sell it as it is included, but either you do only 2mn or there is not the service, and don't forget to ask also for the duration of each service I hope my coments will be usedfull...enjoy it as we did ! and thanks to Hassan...

Very useful and responsive staff, easily reachable on WhatsApp. Arsalan, our driver was very friendly and professional. Prompt pick up from our hotel in Dubai city. Comfortable drive in large SUV to a quad/buggy place (pay extra if interested), then to the desert.
Arsalan was nice to take us a bit further, but away from the crowds. About 20mins of 'dune bashing' then we reached a beautiful spot, were we spent a good hour sandboarding then watching the sunset. We really loved it!
We then drove to a very crowded place were all the activities and eating take place with all other tours. Shows were impressive, food was local and good; drinks, shisha, hena, tea/coffee included. The camel ride is basically a 30sec walk for you to take a picture - but we didn't expect more.
We were driven back to Dubai by another driver to make our journey shorter (arrived around 21:15), as Arsalan double checked if we still wanted to stay overnight, or go back to our hotel. It was very honest and nice of him to offer the change of plans, as we initially thought we would sleep there (= in a tent near the shows area after the crowd is gone for AED375/person). We were glad to leave by that time, the night in the desert isn't necessary according to us.
Definitely recommend this company to anyone wanting a good outdoors adventure, they are trustworthy and...

After a 40-minute drive to the first stop, we had to wait another hour doing nothing because we weren’t interested in the optional buggy ride that wasn’t part of our package. Dune bashing was the only fun activity, but we only got 10–15 minutes at the photo stop before being rushed off again—missing the desert sunset, which was the main reason we booked the tour. Everything felt rushed; we barely had time to enjoy any activity, and most of the trip was spent just driving between locations. At the camp, the atmosphere became even worse. A visibly malnourished kitten was wandering around, meowing and clearly in distress. When I asked the staff if they could give it some food or water, one of them dismissively replied, “She doesn’t belong here,” and made moves to have it removed instead of helping it. Also, the camels looked exhausted from giving back-to-back rides with no apparent rest. The buffet food was bad, there were ants near the drink station, and the so-called “free” shisha turned out to be one shared pipe—if you wanted your own, you had to pay extra. Also, there were sellers constantly approaching us with things to buy, it was impossible to relax. We were rushed out again at the end, and honestly, I couldn’t...
