Dubai Desert Tours — Local services in Dubai

Please avoid this company at all costs. I had a very bad experience with them recently. They ruined my 1 out of 5 days in Dubai. Zubeir was supposed to pick me up on March 6th. I arrived around 11pm on the 5th and couldn't even sleep properly because of the time difference, but still, I was ready for the pick up at 5.45 am on Mar 6th. Guess what? No one shows up until 6.15 am. So I called Zubeir and gave me this excuse that the driver is not answering his phone and he will come personally. He shows up at 7.40 am. in a very dirty car. I had to cancel the tour with them and booked a tour with a different company. Message to the owner( as you say in your comments that your tour was never booked with us)....I have a complete chat of Zubeir asking for forgiveness as I asked my friend to cancel a tour, which, on my recommendation, was booked with the same company...

Dubai desert tours.. Very good service timely pickup & Drop. Overall package was fantastic and thrilling experience enjoyed alot. Few things need to be mentioned in package clearly to be informed. Pickup by 4X4 is ok but 7 passengers is a bit uncomfortable. Food buffet is just ok not that good live kebab was delicious but the person serving won’t give more than 2 pieces at a time which is disappointing. Sheesha was included in package mentioned but later we found its paid service. Overall satisfied with package and tour...

As Kate wanted to avoid the dune bashing, we arrived at the campsite earlier. There, we tried out sand boarding – which was a little tiring as we had to bring the board up the slope ourselves. We also took many photos of the “undisturbed” wavy desert sand was well as the beautiful sunset…
