Monty Holiday Home L.L.C. — Hotel in Dubai

I stayed in one of their apartments for two months. After that, I asked to extend my stay for just 10 more days — and they charged me an unreasonably high amount, more than half of the original monthly price. I had no choice but to pay.

When I checked out, they promised to return my deposit, but I had to wait for over a month and kept texting them. Eventually, they sent back only half of it, claiming the apartment wasn’t clean and that they found a “stain” — which had been there since the beginning.

This company is extremely unreliable and dishonest. They advertise lower prices, but then charge extra hidden fees — for example, AED 1500 as an “agency fee” — and every following month, the rent price mysteriously increases.

Their main goal is just to squeeze as much money from you as possible. The staff are rude and unprofessional. I strongly do not recommend Monty Holiday Home to anyone. Be careful before...

I stayed at their apartment in the BLVD Hights downtown Dubai. And i must say the apartment was fabulous was such a great to price/quality value. Furniture was all up to date and the location was prime,l with a fabulous view. literally could walk to Burj khalifa and Dubai mall within 10 to 15 minutes (5 minutes by car). In addition the guest relation representative Mr. Kalven was super kind and helpful he even helped with things outside of the. Apartment such as providing in home COVID tests for a great price. All in all this is an excellent play to stay with a super polite and professional staff. However please note this is not a hotel so there is no room service but you can order from outside through Talabat app and there ar many Resturaunt's around the area. Monty Holiday Homes have been super professional and wonderful to deal with from start to finish! We were long staying guests in one of the apartments and we’ve had to extend our stay several times. They were very accommodating and flexible with our requests and changes, and it made our whole stay easier!

The apartment was well equipped, and felt very homey which was perfect as we stayed for 2 months. Enough storage space, cupboard space, and wonderful large bathrooms! Great quality towels and linens as well! We never had any maintenance issues and the entire building was of a very high standard!
