Horrible customer service by the woman at the front desk. She sells ice cream by the scoop (vanilla chocolate, etc) but wouldnt give a scoop of UBE ice cream by itself even if we offered to pay for the ice cream. She only kept saying she would give the ice cream with the drink. Lady, are u forgetting that I dont want the drink but just the scoop of ice cream on top? The ice cream on the menu one scoop says 2DHS, I offered her to pay 5 DHS, but she wanted me to get the drink which was 18DHS and apparently she will give me the scoop of UBE then without the drink. Lol. She claimed she was the owner and she kept asking if my friend helped me comprehend,HELLO LADY, I CAN SPEAK/UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. I did and always did comprehend ur broken english, but I was pointing out that your business was money minded and didnt care about satisfying the customer. Looks like YOU NEED ENGLISH LESSONS.

I run a business, if someone asks me for the dressing by itself- Im not going to force them to pay the whole salad price and give them just the dressing. Disgusting.

I recently tried this sweets shop for the first time. Every time I pass by or try to go in, it’s always jam-packed with customers, so my curiosity kept growing. I finally got my chance when I noticed it was empty.

The menu offered a good variety of choices, and the milkshake and crepe I ordered were great, but the true highlight of my experience was the gentleman behind the counter. He was the only staff member there, yet he was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Fakhree center opposite Ravi restaurant,The place is cute and clean and good music, very positive ambiance the server is very polite, apologetic for the service delay his name Jason, I missed one of the street food Ice Scramble, or "Iskrambol" frozen dessert made from shave ice with a touch of banana extract and creamy milk and dush of klim powder topping chocolate sauce and marshmallow refreshing drinks in this weather .
