Bubee Drinks Cafe, Satwa 3 — Restaurant in Dubai

The most DISGUSTING bubble tea in my entire life, ordered from deliveroo, team disregard my wishes at the end i receaived a SALTED DRINK- winter melon flavor FAR away from fruity taste with tone of brown sugar syrup in the cup even i asked for less sugar. Please stay away from this place as you can be poisoned very easily with this milk which can’t taste like expired cream cheese . Also the team( filipino guy from al satwa branch on the phone) even though I didn’t like it was shoked of the taste of it , they didn’t even work out on making the client happy and offer a free replacement like all civilised places do . Total mess NEVER AGAIN. Avoid ! Will post on all my social media , its not about 25 dirhams through in the garbage its about customer service ehich is absent...

I ordered for the passion fruit tea the one in the picture, and the staff suddenly ask if I wanted lemon on it because it has charge 3dhs. What a shock on my part as the picture were not showing if you want lemon wheel or lime wheel on it they will need to charge 3dhs without notice or note in the picture that it has with additional charge! Staff raise his voice on me while I am asking why it was not noted that it has charge and he told me in raising voice that I dont understand? I am a consumer the picture is decieving if you will be charging extra to have that drink on on menu, the management should write it there...

I ordered a hazlenut cream cheese bubble tea, to which they said the drink comes with oreo crumbs. I said that’s fine. I was surprised to find that the drink tasted neither of hazlenut nor of oreos. It tasted like cold sugar water. I’m sure they didn’t even shake the cup as all of the creamcheese was settled at the bottom. The black pearls tasted rubber-y and gross. I also got a throat infection which I’m sure is due to the large amount of ice (almost half the cup) frozen from probably tap water. I don’t even want to give one star but the person who took my order was...
