My husband and I came to have dinner and decided to order the hot pot, which was priced at AED 54 per person. However, what shocked us was what the staff told us next: if we didn’t finish all the food, we would be charged an additional AED 54 per person.
This kind of policy is simply unacceptable. Dining out should be about enjoying food and having a pleasant experience, not feeling pressured or punished for not being able to finish everything. Read moreWe got extremely pissed off. We specifically came from Abu Dhabi for this restaurant me and my husband but once we started eating suddenly bunch of fillippinos started karaoke right under our ears. Extremely loud voice with ugly singing. We decided to change our place and the table we moved had issue and yet still that loud and ugly karaoke kept going. We asked is it restaurant or karaoke and one of the staff rudely replied "same same " . They absolutely don't know how to run the restaurant. Karaoke should be in different room with sound proof. People go to hotpot to chill, enjoy their company by cooking eating and chitchatting. Not for tolerating some kind of ugly loud karaoke singings. They have zero skills at...
