Disappointed with Breakfast Experience

I had high expectations from Bombay Bites, but my recent visit was quite disappointing—especially for breakfast. Even though the restaurant was nearly empty in the morning, the staff showed no initiative in approaching customers. I had to wait a long time just for someone to take my order.

When I finally ordered Onion Aloo Poha, I was surprised to receive ready-made poha served alongside dry Aloo Bhaji—definitely not what I expected. I also ordered thepla, which was served cold and then simply reheated in an oven. It even released steam from trapped moisture, which felt unappetizing and unnatural.

While I admit their main food items might be tasty, their snacks and breakfast offerings are, in my opinion, poorly prepared and not worth the price or wait. Definitely not a place I’d recommend for a good...

It is like a 5-star restaurant. The service is like a normal, middle-class restaurant. Food came pretty fast. The food was top-notch. I suggest you get the Paneers. It is a heavenly taste in your mouth. I ordered Malai Kofta, but it came sweet. Make sure to order it as spicy, or else it will be buttery and sweet. There are no bathrooms, so be wary of that. Don't worry, there is a place to wash your hands. Restaurant is pretty sizable, and there are nice decorations as well. The food quantity is pretty big, so order less if you can. Overall, I spent less than 1 hour in the restaurant due to quick service,even during rush hour. Recommend trying to anyone visiting...

Visited Bombay Bites recently and indulged in their Shev Puri and Dahi Puri — and I must say, it hit all the right notes! The Shev Puri was a burst of tangy, spicy, and crunchy goodness with just the right balance of chutneys and sev.

The Dahi Puri was refreshingly cool, with creamy yogurt, a hint of sweetness, and perfectly crisp puris that didn’t get soggy too soon. Everything felt freshly prepared and true to authentic Mumbai street food flavors.
