My recent visit to Zouzou restaurant in JBR left me extremely disappointed due to the poor service. Seated on the first floor, we faced extensive delays in placing our orders. The service was so sluggish that while two dishes arrived promptly, the third, meant for me, was substantially delayed.

When my shawarma platter finally arrived, to my surprise it contained beef filling instead of the chicken I had ordered, how can they mess that up? it could be a serious issue for someone who doesn't eat beef. That was really irresponsible behavior.

The main issue began when I started calling the waiters to inform them. They looked and waived at me but didn't show up for a while. When I pointed out the issue to the waiter, his response was, "So what do you want?" which was shocking and disrespectful. He didn't even bother to apologize for the mistake or offer a solution, we all felt insulted. We paid for the food, you delivered us the wrong dish, then what's this rude behavior for? The restaurant was fully packed and running, perhaps they didn't care about the dissatisfaction of few, that was the attitude of the staff. I had to request a diet coke from five different waiters and received it only after finishing my meal.

Furthermore, they were in a hurry to remove the food from our table, they didn't even take permission before clearing the table.

While the food might have been good, the service, especially on a special occasion like New Year's, significantly impacted my experience. Sadly, I won't be revisiting Zouzou and can't recommend it to my followers based on...

Restaurant Review: Disappointing New Year’s Eve Experience

I had high expectations for our New Year’s Eve dinner, especially after making a reservation well in advance. Unfortunately, the evening turned out to be a huge disappointment from start to finish.

First off, the atmosphere was completely compromised. The restaurant had crammed in extra tables that weren’t there when we made our reservation, making the already tight space feel even more cramped and uncomfortable. This set the tone for the entire evening.

The service was subpar at best. Despite being busy, there was no excuse for how inattentive and slow the staff was. To make matters worse, the food arrived cold and lacked any flavor. It was clear that the kitchen was overwhelmed and had not put any care into preparing the dishes.

When the show ended, we hoped to relax and enjoy the rest of the night, but the staff informed us that we had to leave just 10 minutes later. We felt rushed out of our seats, even though we had planned to stay longer. And when my friend politely raised a concern with the waiter, his response was sarcastic and downright disrespectful, making an already unpleasant experience even worse.
