A good bus station thats often really busy. This bus station has busses to alot of destination and also has a bay for the national express services. There is toilets, vending machine and a photo booth. The information office is closed and has been for a while but there is always drivers hanging about that should be able to help you. This bus station needs more seating and better signage on each bay so as you walk in you can look along and see the bay number and bus number so you can head straight to your bay and also one of the led matrix sighns that's tells you when your bus is due near the middle of the bus station that would be helpful. The bus station is not heated wich I understand because all the doors are always open but ways around that and the bay doors to access the busses often don't work and alot of pidgins nesting above the doors It's a good bus station for getting places but needs alot that would...

It has 16 stands and national Express do also call in here - occasionally stands 14,15 & 16 are use for Rail Replacement buses but the screen with all local bus departures CAN not cope with this and the change (software is only as good as the programme and should be easy to adapt)
