I had been faffing around for 2 STRESSFUL days trying to fix a horrible problem involving 3 phones, 2 SIMs and a lost contacts list. Then one of the phones stopped working altogether right in the middle of all this. Then, Charlie in Fone Solutions Bath just became my own personal Yoda. EVERYONE else in all the high street shops like CPWarehouse and EE and Vodafone and O2 were either clueless or uninterested or told me it couldn't be done and to 'buy' a new something or other... Charlie took hold of my problem; gripped it; made it his own; and then fixed it all. Right in front of me. Once I had explained the horribly complex problem, he had a think and started doing magic.... Next thing I knew he had soldered a bit of one phone; cut a SIM to fit; transferred Data; fixed a SIM and basically solved 2 days of stress for me in about 30 minutes. This kind of dedication and capability is priceless IMO. I'm so relieved. Why would anyone go anywhere else to solve a problem? Don't! Don't even bother going anywhere else - Charlie in Fone Solutions Bath just became my own personal Yoda...

Do not get your phone fixed here!!!! I now have to pay another shop £100 to replace the screen they broke replacing my battery. I went in for what i though was a simple battery repair.... I had to take my phone back repeatedly as it would crash as soon as it got turned on. Iv now lost all my photos, phone numbers and important text messages. 4 days later, 3 trips in to town and a couple of phone calls to make sure I wasn't going all the way into town again to be told for the 3rd time they had forgotten to look at it. I got my phone back but now with a bonus of a flickering screen. I have taken the phone to the apple store and another phone repair shop and both have said they must have damaged connections when replacing the battery. When I returned to ask why now my screen was flickering they said I must have got it wet when I went home for an hour to charge it. I final lost my temper wondering how I must have got my phone wet on a sunny day, they got very defense, rude and quite aggressive.... Do not go here for any phone repair they are clearly not capable or a trust...

Actually awful. So I went in just needing my phone unlocked from o2 to vodaphone. They guy said it would take about 10 days an TOOK my phone to do it. I wanted 15 days and heard nothing si waited till the weekend and went in with my partner. They guy wasnt there so the person manning the shop for the day said he would get him to call us on Monday. No call on Monday. I went in on Wednesday and asked about the phone to be told its "unlockable". I litralky went around the corner to the shop by shakaway a d he did it in minutes, didnt take my phone and told me to keep the receipt just incase it didnt unlock to sort ut out for me. He was so confused at why the guy had said ut was unlockable when it was a 5 minute job. I has a friend who went here as well and had an awful experience. Her phone screen was lighting up properly and instead of fixing the issue he just replaced the glass of the screen and tried to charge her for it as if it had been a smashed screen. Anyway dont go here! It's expensive, awful service and take a ridiculous amount of time for...
