Honestly very disappointed I have gone to multiple heavenly desserts but the service was awful. We spent over £75, had to order at the counter, which we didn’t know until we stopped a server passing by, which is fine but we wouldn’t have spent 20 mins waiting for someone if we knew. Then the drinks arrived, absolutely awful Iced Coffee, it was still warm, ice cubes melted and it just tasted water down. Which we sent back, would you believe that they just poured down a third of the drink and sent it back AND it was still warm because they didn’t stir it nothing. Anyways the deserts arrived, after a long wait, I could tell most of the staff were more busy doing online orders than the orders on floor (very long wait to get our orders in even tho there was only one or two orders on the screen before us). Deserts were fine, presentation was alright just wish they gave the milk of the milk cake on the side or at least is a bit of a bowl because it’s hard to get some cake and scoop some milk with it. Two of the coffees were forgotten, it was two single espressos which no offense but are literally the easiest and quickest coffee to make. Manager came over and was a bit hostile in my opinion when she came over to our table after we complained we didn’t get the two coffees.

Oh and forgot to mention two of the seven cutleries were dirty as in it doesn’t even look like they were cleaned or washed.

My wife and I had our first meal in the UK at this restaurant, and it was an incredible experience thanks to the outstanding effort of Mohammad!

When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Mohammad, who was managing the restaurant all on his own. We were surprised to find out that there was supposed to be another staff member to help him, but they wouldn’t arrive until 35 minutes later. Instead of letting customers leave due to concerns about wait times, Mohammad reassured everyone that he would do his best. What followed was nothing short of amazing—he took orders, cooked food, and managed the floor all by himself, working with the energy and efficiency of a superhero!

Despite how busy it was, Mohammad maintained a positive attitude and a friendly smile throughout. When our food arrived, it was absolutely delicious and prepared to perfection. His effort and dedication made our first meal in the UK a truly memorable one and gave us a fantastic impression of the country.

Mohammad deserves a raise for his incredible work ethic and ability to handle everything on his own under pressure. He works harder than most owners I’ve seen! Highly recommend this restaurant—great food and even better service.
