After visiting the new store with my partner we both walked out in less than 5 minutes both feeling underwhelmed by the stock that the shop had also it says sale in the front window when you go in nothing is clear of what is on sale. I approached the young girl asking about iphone cases and she was extremely unhelpful and rude needless to say the customer service was appalling I was hoping to buy a iphone case but there werenāt any out on display they were all upstairs in the stock room which isnāt really any good as I wanted to see the Iphone cases in the display cases. Also I must say the staff in Garment Quarter clearly donāt have a clue about what stock they have. So after leaving the shop me and my other half went to Harvey Nichols around the corner where the customer service is excellent and your custom is more appreciated, also you are greeted when you enter the building where as in Garment Quarter youāre not even greeted or with a smile, needless to say Harvey Nichols is far better for customer service and for the quality of products they have as well.
