Was really dissapointed when a set of nails that I paid £28 for (even though I was told by multiple nail techs that it would only cost me £22) barely lasted 36 hours. When I asked for a refund, I was hassled out and not even listened to. I will not be going there again and do not recommend at all. EDIT: I am not understanding why my review would be reported to Google but that is alright. I have now also included pictures of the nails and a picture of an extra nail that broke just yesterday after the shellac started peeling and it caught on something and teared my whole nail off. As you can see there is no way this could have been my fault as my nail is intact (for the most part) and yet the shellac broke much farther up than the end of my nail. The shellac has also started peeling other multiple places and the initial fingernail that cracked has broken down to a nub completely. I am also a student and not a manual worker so I am in no way rough on my nails. Please also see a picture of my receipt to prove my review is as...
Read moreI can't comment on the quality of the treatment as I didn't get to that stage. I booked and paid for my treatment online over a month ago only to be called on the day of my treatment that I should have came in 24 hours before to have a patch test. I understand this is on the website however I did not see it so must not be very clear. I have also received reminder texts and emails, neither advise of a patch test. I could have been contacted anytime anytime within the month to come in, why wait until the day??? I feel like I have been set up, I have paid for a treatment in full and have been refused a refund or another appointment because of the cancellation policy - which states if you cancel within 12 hours of the appointment the customer cannot have a refund or re-booking. I didn't cancel so this should not apply to me. I hope to receive a reply so I can sort this out as I have found this...
Read moreI hate to write a bad review because the nail tech I had was so sweet buuuut both thumb nails have been left destroyed. I went for a BIAB fill a few weeks ago and noticed the edges of my nails were left unsealed and lumpy. I even showed my partner who knows nothing about nails and he thought it looked bad. I went to get my nails redone at a different shop today and after having the BIAB removed from Kaycie Kyle, we all saw that my thumb nails had turned green, soft, and are ruined. They need to regrow before they can be done by a nail tech again. I asked what happened and I was told that the BIAB that was done previously wasn’t done properly so it was allowing water to get trapped under my thumb nails. The constant moisture has made my nails softer than they usually are, green, and unsafe to work on. I’ve attached the nails I had gotten done at Kaycie Kyle and what they...
