I really like Proper Job, no matter which of their outlets I visit. Tremendous value for money, amazing variety of items on sale and I find the staff to be friendly and helpful. This place lies on the A4 into Bristol and I was surprised how easy it was to access and leave by car from whichever direction you approach. Traffic light controlled pedestrian crossings make it simpler than you might imagine to get your vehicle across the main road if you want to head in the Bath direction. A nice big shop with really friendly and helpful staff. They stock a massive range of useful items ranging from soft drinks, through screwdrivers to duvet covers, windscreen wipers and birthday cards. Their mobile phone accessories are good, and I especially like their stationery section. There's a free car park at the back with spaces for diisabled drivers, and room for about three cars immediately in front of the shop. Could be a good DIY/Hardware shop, but the staff seem to be more innterested in their own things; often out of stock of the things you need - I reccently tried to buy some 2.5 Twin& Earth cable, and I was told they were out of stck and it would be at least 4 weeeks before there would be any ordered.
