Very good quality products sold here. However, the purpose of my review is mainly dedicated to one of your employees. A huge praise to Rash. His motivation felt very unique and characteristic. That's somebody you would distinguish among a quite-quitting dozen of other people. He greeted me as we bumped into each other in the shop, and gave me good advice for my shopping after listening to my needs. He helped find a good deal, saved me time and possible shopping mistakes(his solid product knowledge also scores 10/10). I must have visited Sports Direct around five times, but always left empty handed. This time instead, a genuine asked "Hi there! How are you?" made the difference, and actually gave me a positive mindset to opt for quality, other than low cost quantity rubbish. Such a kind of individual sadly remains a rarity nowdays, and I think a promotion is the least he would deserve. May they be recognised as a good example. Just been here and bought some clothes. The manager must have been granted some kinf of special God powers which allow him to shout at people’s children like if they were beasts. I was aware that my daughter was wrong by going up the escalator in the opposite way, but this certainly does not give him the right to yell at a child in that way. He denied that he was too hard although my daughter ran towards me crying and scared to get any closer to him. Tried to explain the reason of my complaint but I was not given chance as he was so in love with the sound of his voice that he did not want to listen to me. All he did was looking for the approval of the employees as he only wanted to be right. They can check all mentioned by watching their CCTV. However after showing his strength to a 5 years old child I hope this can compensate for his frustration and miserable attitude. A big applause...

Went here for some work out leg warmers so I can handle the cold weather when exercising outside. I saw a sign in front as soon as I got up the escalators a 7.99 offer of the items I needed. I took 2 and brought it to the register. The guy said that the system has it as it's original price of 20 something each. I told him about the sign and the person behind he other register said that the sign is there for the week. The guy told me to show him so I did and the sign was there saying 7.99. He went to another guy, probably the store manager, and told him the situation. The store manager said that the system trumps over the signs in the store. So disgusted by their lack of Custer service and honesty, I left the store. I would still have purchased what I needed, but I refuse to support a dishonest business.
