I had my baby shower yesterday at Trecicco and I’ve got to say it was absolutely perfect thanks to the guys there! The whole terrace was free for us to set up before hand and they offered to help in every which way they could! As for the service everyone commented on how attentive and friendly the staff were checking for drinks ect and the food was amazing ( which I knew it would be! ) but my guests also commented how delicious it was , one guest saying it was the best baby shower food they’d ever had ! A lot of them now want to go back as regular customers! We had so much food left over we even took some home which the staff brought boxes for us to take at our leisure! At the end of the shower, a lovely lady there ( Rebecca ) asked if she could help us carry our presents to the car or if we needed to keep some at the restaurant until tomorrow we could! All in all I can’t thank everyone at trecicio enough for everything they did for my shower and they really did make it so special! For anyone thinking of having an event there I could not recommend them enough!

It was a fairly quiet midweek afternoon that my partner and I popped in for lunch. We were greeted warmly by a staff member and immediately taken to a table in the upstairs area, overlooking the rear of Market St in Ramsbottom. The place looks good, and the service was quick and professional whilst maintaining that initial "friendliness" we experienced when we walked in. We both had pizzas, and they were fantastic. Both were thin crust, traditional style pizzas that were full of flavour. There is a full range of drinks, we went with a couple of non-alcoholic cocktails that were nice and refreshing. The cost was reasonable, and it was definitely worth the quality of the food and service. If you're after a more authentic style iltalian meal, then I would definitely recommend it.

I booked Tre Ciccio on Saturday last week. Given it was a last-minute booking, there were only seats available on the ground floor. I left a comment saying that it was a celebratory meal in the booking notes. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a lovely member of the Front of House team, who had managed to find us a table upstairs. After being seated, we received exceptional service. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere is terrific. The top floor has some beautiful views of Ramsbottom. I personally would recommend the margherita pizza - you cannot beat a classic. Previously I have also tried the pastas and several of the desserts, all of which were also faultless. Always an enjoyable experience. Will be coming back again.

Over priced bland food and THEE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF OUR LIVES.

We arrived as a party of 14 for lunch to celebrate a special occasion, some of us having travelled for 2 hours. The place has been fitted out to a high standard and the staff that greeted us and our assigned waiter (the younger of two Italians we encountered) was very attentive and polite. The menu read really well so we were all excited to get stuck in.

The first floor has a retractable canopy and, eager to show this off the restaurant had opted to open it fully. This happened to be a freakishly hot April day (24 degrees outside). Sat under direct sunlight magnified by the large glass window was unbearably hot. When we mentioned this to our waiter he offered to close the awning. Problem solved. A group of idiots on the other side of the restaurant complained that they wanted the roof open (they were permanently sat in the shade regardless of how open it was). Another fat little Italian waiter serving that party started to audibly mock us and then opened the canopy again. We tried to continue eating but the temperature was not just uncomfortable it was dangerous. The restaurant was offering out sunglasses and high factor sun cream as if this was the solution. We had a 6 month old baby with us who we had to completely strip but was still sweating. When we asked staff to close the canopy they initially refused but after insisting they partially closed the canopy again (direct sunlight still glaring down on us through glass). The little fat waiter then walked past us pretending to fan us as a intentionally inflammatory act. Our entire party was already in disbelief at his behaviour. Fat little waiter then opened the canopy fully again and got the party of 6 or so idiots sat in shade to cheer and shout loudly with him. We asked to speak to a manger at this point. I’m unsure if it was a manager or an owner that reluctantly spoke to us but he seemed totally uninterested. He suggested that we could have just moved tables. As if the onus to do so was on us, a party of 14 with elderly and infants amongst us and with no other space set up in the restaurant that could accommodate us.

At this point another large sweaty party in the centre of the room began shouting at staff and told them they would leave without paying if the canopy wasn’t closed. Finally with 95% of the clientele having to actually shout at the staff the canopy was closed again.

I wouldn’t have suffered this kind of treatment for even exceptional food so given that what we were served was over priced (£25 for my main), poorly cooked and bereft of any flavour meant that we were left with a bad taste in our mouths in every sense. This place and some of it’s staff are an insult to the memory of previous establishments such as Ramsons that have occupied the building....

Our table was booked for 5:15 and we arrived on time, we were seated by the window which was lovely with the views. Even on a very stormy Fathers day. There was a leak coming from the roof however no one was sat in that seat so didn't interfere with us. We just put a glass under it. The manager did offer to move us but we had already settled. When we arrived we ordered 2 lemonade and a coke. I asked for a jug of water as I was very thirsty. The drinks came but no water. When our food came for starters I asked about the water but it still didn't arrive. It took about 30 min to come, which was after our starters. After we have finished our starters we were sat for at least 10min waiting for our plates to be cleared. We then sat and waited till 6:30 and still no main arrived. I asked our waitress how long it would be and she said just few moments. This was actually a lie as she had forgotten to tell the kitchen we were ready. So in fact it was 10/15min more. By this point my son of 7 was getting frustrated and my 9month old was getting fussy as she had finished her food. By the time it arrived the the feeling of irritation has set in. My pizza was lovely however my son said he could have made his own faster and my partner said his chicken was just OK. We all enjoyed our starters. I understand that accidents happen but communication with the customer is key. Don't say a few minutes when it's not. It creates more annoyances. The manager came over and apologised about the wait which was appreciated and she took the drinks off the bill. We still stayed and ordered dessert as we promised ice cream for our son. I don't think we would return. Although i do feel this was an isolated incident, it did dampen our fathers day. When you haven't been out for a while, looked forward to a family meal, if its left you feeling frustrated and annoyed that's not the place to go back. What's really annoying is i picked here for fathers day were we wouldn't have complaints from our 7 year old and could feel more relaxed with our 9month old and it...

Decided to eat here on a Friday night and made a last minute booking - table for 2 people. We ate in the main restaurant. Arrived early expecting to have a drink in the bar as it seemed busy, but the member of staff made our table ready for us. He was very welcoming and, having never visited before, we were really impressed by the atmosphere and decor. And the size! It's like a Tardis. We had arancini to start - amazing. I could have eaten this as a main, too. My husband had a pizza, which he enjoyed very much. I had chicken and potatoes. I'm not a fan of chicken on the bone but this was wonderful. For me, the best part of the meal with the tiramisu for dessert. My husband enjoyed an espresso (he'd nicked on of my arancini so was stuffed). Wonderful food. Staff were incredibly on the ball and drinks were brought out very quickly. Difficult to find the balance between speed and pushiness, the every member of staff who served us managed to do so. The only thing I would say is that I don't appreciate having a service charge added to my bill for two people dining. Whilst I generally do tip, I prefer this to be at my own discretion. On this occasion, the server removed it in advance because she had forgotten to add a side dish to our order. I honestly didn't care as I wouldn't have managed it so we tipped, but that was our choice. Wonderful food, service and atmosphere. Can't...
