Must say all their fish is delicious, but they sell sushi grade salmon that is not safe to be eaten raw (which is the point of sushi, it's RAW). I'm sure it's because of their misunderstanding of what sushi is, but nevertheless it's very unsafe for their consumers.
FYI, sushi grade fish must be frozen for very short time at very low temperature to avoid risk of parasites, which may be present regardless how "fresh or high quality" the fish is.
For anyone interested, Marchmond fishmonger has sushi grade salmon and it's labelled differently and kept in a separate area for not being contaminated with the rest...

When I called to order, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who gave me the rundown on what fish was available. I scheduled a delivery for a day later, but you can get fish delivered the next day! The fish was delivered on the Friday and I paid by card on the phone that day. Very easy.
