I had never heard of this place but given a few other places were closed, I went in.

FoH could do with a bit of work, I was told to crane my neck and decipher their menu whenI just wanted a certain type of burger.

The food came in under ten minutes, was very fresh and well pit together. Flavour was great, a bit greasy (maybe rest the burgers for a little more) but the flavour was really good. The portion of chips is massive and are pre-salted (as they should be).

My overall thought is that this place is great, they are struggling with staff though (like everyone else) but the offering is great. I would highly recommend it. Honestly.

The reason for a 3* review is the lack of a certain type of burger, they are just getting started though so need to keep it mainstream. If they survive, I can see this being a really great burger place. It will easily steal away burger customers from nearby, well-known,...

Almost all the burgers come with 2 smash patties. The patties are juicy but crunchy along with their signature sauce, cheese, toasted bun and crunchy bacon, the O.G. Double Double is the perfect balance of flavour and texture! The only burger with one patty comes with braised brisket. The brisket is full of flavour with some sweetness and it melts in your mouth is really addictive.

The price is reasonable with the option of making your burger a meal that comes with waffle fries and drinks or milkshake. The waffle fries are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside but i wish it had more flavour.

In response to every query on the status of one’s order, the incompetent FOH would respond to each patron “we’re working on it”. I had to repeat my order 5 times to him, and even then he couldn’t get it right; my friend and I were then overcharged, and were left waiting 1 whole hour for our food to arrive. Across the hour, our stomachs rumbled as loud verbal altercations occurred between staff; disgruntled delivery drivers were left waiting in the dark, and patrons were left unattended and hungry.
