SWS Chinese — Local services in City of Edinburgh

This is actually shocking, me and my partner thought since we had been up all night with work we weren't going to cook we where going to order in a chinese. We ordered o just eat and then got a phone call saying it is time and a half for delivery drivers( nothing stated this on the just eat) that I would have to pay the delivery driver more when he got to the door as I paid by card on just eat. Then the woman made out that I didn't have enough money as she said if you cant afford it I can cancel your order. The food arrived and only after the delivery driver left I realised he gave us the wrong juice. We phoned back up and told the guy that we had been given the wrong juice could the driver come back and give us the right juice. He explained the driver had left he had another driver coming this way that he would drop it off. We were fine with this, that was 30 minutes ago. Just got my juice swapped over and the new driver give me my juice only to find out it was 1.5 litre instead of the 2 litre that it stated in just eat it was. Bearing in mind we paid £2.50 for it. It came to light I made a mistake late last night by calling this Chinese rather than SWS in Prestonpans following the harassment I received. When I went into the Chinese to pick up my chips they didn’t point out I hadn’t called and made an order with them so I was none the wiser at this point then I get 8 missed calls and messages on WhatsApp - your staff were quick to accuse me of being a prank caller it obviously never entered their minds we have 2 branches (which I was unaware of myself) perhaps she’s made a mistake. Nonetheless it was very unprofessional approach and rather intimidating to take it as far as contacting me through an App and bombarding me with calls like a stalker!! I would have called and apologised when I realised but the lassie who I spoke with on the phone was full of attitude and I assume she was the keyboard gangster - you must have been...

I ordered two chicken currys and asked for no vegetables due to my partner and myself being Allergic to onions ( when my food arrived they didn't listen to the Diary requirements) we had to put the food in the bin. When I called the restaurant they said they would sorted this for next time I ordered, I just tried to order tonight and was told I can only have a discount count, so I thought haply days so I tried to order the same food again and asked how much it would be- they said I only get £3 discount!
