I shopped at Beaverbrooks for a Christmas present for my wife. I wanted to buy a pearl necklace with matching earrings. Not having the greatest knowledge on jewellery, I was relying on being given understanding and honesty with the advice being given to me. I was served by a lovely assistant named Tara, who had a charming personality and showed perfect interest in my needs. Without any pressure from Tara, I decided to add a pearl bracelet to make up a set. I came away very pleased indeed with my purchases and a genuine happy feeling of being respected as a customer by Tara. It made for a pleasing transaction for me. I did have to accept waiting for the pearl earrings to be posted to me as the particular earrings were out of stock.
