I unfortunately had a bad experience. I had my hair done by Rosin. Which was all discussed before hand that I would be having my nature colour at the roots and a honey blonde balayage.

Had a patch test. It was a full head of baby lights and a colour a lot darker then my natural colour which ended up coming out very salt and peppery.

When it was the end of the appointment I wasn’t happy with the colour she never once asked me if I liked the colour. When telling her how I felt about it she basically blamed my hair and was made to feel like it was my fault and saying she explained this when she didn’t it was that the blonde would be darker. Only thing she said she would do is put a toner on it but would do nothing as wasn’t the blonde colour what was the problem. It was the darker colour. I payed a lot of money for this service and didn’t come out with a balayage and was more upset with the way it was handled.

The salon it’s self it lovely I’ve had lashers done with the lash ladies before and they was lovely. But sadly will never be having my hair...

I cannot rate Simone and her professionalism more highly. Simone did my bridal makeup and no request was too big. She has the most profound attention to detail and the salon is beautiful throughout. I’m loving the services that she has brought to Nottingham and she has put Carlton on the map with her aesthetic. She seems to have selected only the best team members and I trust her and their judgement. The hair, nails, lashes all 11/10.
