Service with a smile. Terry and Lewis (Father & Son) are very friendly, they remember all of their customers by name and take the time to chat. Meats are always top notch and I can highly recommend their home-made birder range, and their sausages too, neither of which leave a puddle of fat when cooked. They have a lot of ‘exotic’ frozen meats too (Zebra. ostrich, crocodile etc.) as well as game birds, and all the usual you’d expect from any local butcher. If they don’t have it, they are almost always able to get it in for you. It’s well worth the queueing (often a 10-30 minute queue on Saturday mornings).
