Wow, wow, wow 🤩 What a special place The Fox & Owl in Lyme Regis is! As we walked past we saw this place from the outside and thought how quirky it looked so spoke to the young man who was working to ask if we could just have a nosey at the cinema!! Nothing was too much trouble and he happily let us have a look around and told us all about the history and set up. We decided we would come back and spend an evening in the not too distant future. However, on walking back down the high street, we decided lunch was in order and where better than The Fox & Owl!! The nicest pepperoni pizza I’ve had in a long time, great red wine and a pint (🍺 literally a pint mug) of latte!! Everything was amazing 🤩 and again the young man (sorry I didn’t ask your name!! But you have a beautiful daschund!!) was so welcoming and attentive. Customer service and quirk drew us in and customer service, good food and drink and quirk will bring us back!! Thanks so much and can’t wait to come over and watch a movie...

This place was fantastic. We’ve taken an annual trip to Charmouth and on a rainy day looked at what we could do and found a bar that also had a cinema downstairs. A perfect place to go with a family to watch a film and/or have a few drinks. You are able to pour your own pint which is fun, and sit and chill on the sofas and play some games, or chill on the sofas downstairs and watch a film. The service was incredible. Really friendly and the food/drink was amazing. We had a minibus take us too and from where we camped so we could enjoy a couple of drinks and they were more than happy to do so. Genuinely couldn’t recommend this place more. Will come here every year now.

Im so glad we found this gem of a place. We were on holiday for a week & on the last night decided to go watch a movie & sample some of the food & drinks they have. We had our dog with us and were very happy to hear from the owners that he was welcome to come with us into the movie basement & they would bring our food down to us. What an absolutely lovely burger i had, double stack with blue cheese & my partner had the chicken burger 🍔 it was a nice way to end the week. I recommend you go see the guys at this place as you will receive a warm welcome. I just wish i could've stayed for more beers & a go on the pac man arcade machine. Fantastic value & all round quirky chilled...
