HMV Taunton is a great spot if you love browsing and buying physical media, especially Blu-rays. Their anime section has a pretty good range of titles, and it’s always fun to see what’s new. The staff are friendly, polite, and easy to chat with if you need help, but they also give you space if you just want to look around.
One thing I hope they improve is how they price their Blu-rays. The price stickers are usually placed right on the sleeve, and peeling them off can damage the artwork. It would be better if they used removable stickers or put them on the plastic wrap instead.
If you’re coming here, I’d recommend it for Blu-rays, vinyl, books, and merch. I wouldn’t suggest buying earphones or tech accessories though. I’ve had a few stop working not long after purchase, so you might be better off checking reviews online or buying those elsewhere if reliability...
