Backyard Burgers — Restaurant in England

This place has clearly put a lot of time and money into how their restaurant looks but sadly not much into the quality of their food. I ordered a pulled pork burger and the meat was horrendous. Pulled pork looked like dog meat, dry and with a paste-like texture. The burger was poor quality. Processed, frozen stuff. You can tell from the picture how bad the burger meat is. You would expect fresh meat with the prices you pay. I asked for no extras on the burger but they gave me some dry looking coleslaw which I hate. Looked out of date as well. I also got the 3-cheese fries which was just chips with grated cheese and Mayo on them. My partner got chicken strips which were just like the ones from Tesco. Again not worth the price. 1st time we have been to the new seated place. Food was awesome, tasty and filling. Prices were good value for money. Music night was on. The singer/musician was awesome. Don't know who he was as there wasn't any notices about the night itself. Work does need to be done on front of house. Seemed to be a lack of staff interaction. 2 of the meals were wrong but still tasted awesome.
