This branch of Gregg's has great friendly staff and a very clean modern look and freshly made sandwiches and food. The coffee (latte) is exceptionally nice and can be bought as a meal deal, such as a sausage roll and a coffee for £2.25p which isn't bad in this day and age. Very disappointed! I am absolutely appalled by the way I saw members of staff being treated and I certainly think it needs to be held accountable. Worker “Emma” was no credit to the experience and I hope improvements are made going onwards as it was so unprofessional to speak to other members of staff like that and especially in front of customers. This is a 3.8 star review. I won't go in to detail as a lot of the Greggs branches are generic and I would be repeating myself over and over for each branch. At this branch the staff are efficient, friendly and polite. The usual options are available and the fantastic vegan range is also available.
