Costa Coffee Coliseum Next — Restaurant in England

The coffee maker was being snowed down with orders from the till - food sitting going cold , no help given to get the coffee orders out faster just putting money in the till as a priority!! Coffee maker clearly struggling- 10 orders waiting to be made and the orders kept mounting up-- still no help given . Well done to the coffee maker and bad on you till person for not offering any help what so ever !! Also seems to be the manager on the till - shame on you Very bad...

Been in this morning for breakfast, not very impressed! The staff were mostly not that friendly, more interested in chatting amongst themselves which was a bit frustrating. They forgot everything and there was a general lack of care in what they were doing. It was very busy I must say but no attempt to speed up to reduce the queue. Unfortunately I can also say it wasn’t particularly clean. I go in Costa all the time in my home town and this disappointed me....

Went yesterday and was told they were not serving as they were awaitng an engineer for the coffee machine. I asked if my potty training 2 year old could use the toilet and was told no. As she's 2 she cannot hold very long and as a result had wet herself on the way to another shop with a toilet. There were approx 6 members of staff sat round, I fail to see why a broken coffee machine meant a young child could not...
