EE — Local services in Great Britain

Not typically one to leave negative reviews, however in this instance I feel it is deserved.

I attended the store at Cheshire oaks this afternoon to request a proof of purchase, the same request as a day earlier in the liverpool store. The liverpool one store were fantastic with two ladies helping with no problems, very friendly - just a typo in the document meant I needed an updated version. Unfortunately nowhere near the same level of customer service from this store. The initial lady who attempted to help was pleasant enough and although she couldn't assist did say she would speak to the manager, Dan who was sat in the corner like an hormonal teenager. Rather then move, he decided to whisper under his breath so I couldn't hear that he couldn't help, hardly looking up from his phone. When informed by the lady that Dan stated nothing they could do, I asked for more feedback as I was able to get it extremely quickly the day before.. Again Dan barely looking up did address me but simply said nothing could be done and if liverpool had sorted it the day before I may as well go back there and they'll do it again.

No interest in helping at all, shocking example of how to look after a customer or show even a little bit of interest. What an absolute tool and safe to say I will not be returning to that store. Would be a ZERO...

Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. The simplest of transactions- picking up a sim only contract is still an ongoing saga resulting in 2 accounts being created, 2 lots of charges, 3 visits to store and a total of 2 hours on the phone with EE. The EE website indicates that this shop will repair phone screens for certain devices in store for walk ins or bookings but that is not the case. They said that we would have to send it off to be repaired. Other than that the store and staff are great every time that I've been in there.
