Five Guys Burgers and Fries Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet — Restaurant in England

It's approximately 13:40 in the afternoon. There are 6x couples sitting down eating, me and another two at the ordering point. 3 people walked in, looked at menu and left without ordering.

I ordered a plain little cheese burger and a milk shake £14.95.

Bun - very light, dissolves in the mouth tasteless.

Cheese - gloopy in the mouth. No taste.

Burger - cooked fresh, no taste of beef, texture ok. Tasteless.

Milkshake - nice.

Burger didn't taste or feel like it was worth £8.95

Milkshake - was ok, compares with other outlets like chicken slims.

Conclusion - they need to work on their wow factor for the burgers. Improve the cheese they are using. They are just average in taste. A McDonald's quarter pound is half the cost and just as good.

Great food, fresh, tasty and quickly prepared. It was quick to find a seat too...BUT...we were a group of five, and all tables were designed for groups of four, or less. Which we felt was ironic given the name. We all really enjoyed the food, and definitely have it again as a much much healthier quick grab to eat.

The only negatives are with regards to the volume of the music. The music made it incredibly difficult to have a conversation, which also made everyone talk louder. With having an autistic child it made it very difficult for him to relax. The volume inside made it quite an unpleasant experience and wasn't...

Last time we will be ordering from Five Guys. We’ve had an awful experience from the very beginning,placing the order,we was charged with extra fries and soda. Asked for 3 cheeseburgers,we received a cheeseburger with no meat at all inside and a single one with just one piece of meat instead of two. On top of this when we approached the staff to speak about their mistake they started looking at each other,smilling without even excusing themself for the poor service. I can honestly say that the price does not reflect the quality of their food at all and the service at their Chesire Outlet store is the worst I ever...
