I ordered one chicken fried rice with lots of expectation as reviews got from my friends , when I opened it was full of sauce and I tasted it was worst fried rice I ever had, far apart they mentioned that food as chicken fried rice , worst part is there were very less amount of chicken inside it mostly three to four pieces, it was a take an away order . I was in a rush to have it as per the huge reviews but when I tasted a little bit, it tasted like a masala with a portion of rice , it was not even good for the next try. I checked all the food box ,rice was so much of spice and black in color because of more sauce, the funny part is that I got my food in less than 5 minutes as if they cooked it before and jus heated it for me "hope not so" . When I get back to the shop and I informed the staff that this food is not good,he said that he will not accept that , he was so rude and the behavior was like he always serve good food only and never had such incident. Actually we were about to order 4 rice, later on decided to taste one first and order later. Thus all of us tried "SO CALLED"chicken fried rice and everyone had the same response about rice . As we were in a conversation with the staff they don't even check the food and responded in an ill-mannered way and was rude as "if you want to eat you can or else you have to leave ".

Such a pathetic behavior to a customer .... !!

Overall we were totally disappointed with the food and dissatisfied with the behavior of the restaurant , Customer service was worst . ' Zero recommendation for food ".

The worst experience I encountered till today. I found a finger nail on the garlic chicken fried rice. I found it disgusting. This is not the way they run business. As a customer I want to experience good food, not finding nails and hair in the food which I consume. How can they serve the customers like this? After having a long day getting back from work and finding all these things, isn't it disgusting. It's not about the money always, it's about the quality. After this I called the restaurant and told about the incident that found a finger nail in the food. They simply said you can get the new ones tomorrow as we are closing now, you can come back tomorrow and take another one free of charge. That's the worst service I ever received.

Never ever going back to this...

Tonight is my last nyt order v here . Wanted a pizza as im on night shift. The delivery is getting worst . I gave Pacific instructions an yet he still couldn't find me. I even gave the just eat app my exact location. The pin drop on map as well as what's next door. Still no order....an hour waiting on midweek is betond the joke.owner did fone today he is trying to find the address gave Pacific instructions an what I'm next to still couldn't find me. So after n hour n a bit I fone to say Im cancelling it due to driver can't bother to fone me get directions. I now need to fone another pizza shop for my night shifts for a wee treat All other drivers did found me. I had to go MacDonalds which is also worst . City center...
