We dropped by here to play some darts and have dinner. We didn't have a reservation, but they managed to fit us in for an hour later - perfect to have a drink first. The price for darts was £10 per person, which doesn't make any sense since we'd still be using a single dart board for 60 minutes. If anything, it should be less because there's more of us to buy drinks. This is ridiculous, so -1 star for that. Nevertheless, the game was fun. We took a few pictures during the game, with the promise that we'd get them by email, but they never arrived, so -1 star. We ordered some pizzas and they tasted alright, but nothing impressive. The selection of drinks was just alright as well. They have a 12.5% service charge, which is a ridiculous money-grabbing practice that needs to stop, so -1 star for that as well. Overall, it's alright if you want to play some darts every now and then, but I'd definitely not visit more than maybe once per year. It feels like it has a lot of potential, but there's lots of room for improvement.

Booked for taking my team out, process was pretty easy start to finish, only thing is you cannot phone the venue, you need to email them or use a chat bot. The venue itself is stunning, what they have done with this space compared to what was there before is truly spectacular. The only letdown for me was the food, prices don’t really reflect what you get, however, a few drinks, some food, and 90mins of darts for roughly £50 per head is bang on the money budget wise for this type of venue. Great for team building where you don’t want to focus it around alcohol, some of the team had Guinness zero, etc. The standout for me personally was the email the next day with the winning shot replays, an absolute class touch 👌🏼 One thing that still doesn’t sit right with me is automatic service charges applied to bills in the UK, beware, Flight Club apply 12.5% which is the upper-scale here.

Pleasantly surprised by this venue. Wrongly assumed it would be fairly basic and merely somewhere to pass the time with a work group but we had a ball. The interior decor is great. Lots of odd antiquities and fairground memorabilia and a large central bar. Atmosphere was busy, buzzy and welcoming. It was a weekend and as such jam packed but in Glasgow that is often hard to find and yet still be able to converse and interact safely. The darts is controlled a bit like bowling, through a tablet. Lots of game options and it’s genuinely quite easy to get involved. As you play, pictures and videos are shown on screen of winning and losing moments. A nice touch and you also get them sent to you by email the next day. It’s not expensive for what you get and it’s a good way to build a team or have fun with friends. Location right on George square is also a plus. An easy five stars!

I attended Flight Club yesterday for my pals stag do. This was my first experience of the place. What an incredibly underwhelming , and quite frankly disappointing experience. Drinks prices are extortionate , the facilities are basic and the staff attitude is horrendous. Especially the DJ. I attempted to make small conversation with the DJ whilst enquiring if he was taking requests, as did my friend. The DJ was ignorant and rude to both of us, completely ignoring us the first time round. Giving the man the benefit of the doubt, I attempted to approach him again later and was met with a horrible and rude attitude. I was purely trying to enquire as to whether he was taking requests at all, and would’ve been fine if he said no. I understand that not all DJs play requests all the time. When I approached him the second time, his reply to me when he finally mustered up the brain power to speak was ‘did ye no think a heard ye the first time?’ Referring to my previous attempt at engaging in conversation. The man then told me he wasn’t taking requests as he was playing his last song . The man played for another hour. I also witnessed him taking requests from a party of women downstairs. I’d have appreciated if the guy simply just said ‘I don’t play requests for guys’. For a place that prides itself on atmosphere , it’s incredibly disappointing to be met with this attitude from staff. So, for anyone who reads this , if you want to pay through the nose for a terrible night out where the staff are rude and the atmosphere is crap then go to...

The darts is fun and the venue is nicely done up. But it’s hard to look past the appalling service and ridiculous prices for very average food. There were some bright spots. The first bar person to serve us was great. And there were another couple of diligent people. And yeah, the darts is fun. But the front of houser who greeted us couldn’t have been more bored and grumpy. My team actually commented on her attitude when she walked away, and they’re a pretty easy-going lot. Another bar staffer spent her time chatting away to a colleague while four people waited at the bar to be served. She clearly knew we were there because she looked me in the eye. She didn’t serve us. Instead she wandered off somewhere, leaving the bar unstaffed and customers waiting. We ended up having to ask the receptionist to find someone to serve us, which brought a grumpy and stressed person to the bar to do the job her colleague couldn’t be bothered doing. This wasn’t only time people were left waiting to be served while we were there. Food that was booked two days earlier arrived 40 minutes into a 60 minute booking. And it cost £90 for two small platters of tasty but ok food. This was a quiet Wednesday afternoon. They were hardly rushed...

I came to flight club with girlfriend after we had a nice meal in town, looking to enjoy a nice cocktail or too to finish up the night. We entered after being ID’d and went on in to find a table after speaking the a gentleman at a desk near the entrance. Suddenly we were apprehended by a BALD, bearded gentleman who asked what we were doing. I told him we were to have a few drinks and he was incredibly rude. The BALD gentleman asked us if we had a booking, to which I replied no. The BALD gentleman, then went on to lecture us about how we should of asked before finding a table, and told us it was okay this time and to sit here. Forgive me, we spoke to a man at the entrance, right? There was no signposting at the entrance when we walked in. At The Alchemist across the street, you walk in and find a table and order at the bar, like normal. This BALD man, who I assume is some sort of manager based on the authority he seemed to attribute to himself, was incredibly rude. Drinks were fine. One can only assume the BALDNESS of this character led to some sort of deep anger that bubbles under the surface upon spying a couple with good heads of hair. Get this man in...
