My wife and I went here for lunch, being foodies we normally order multiple dishes to share. They had a set menu of one starter and main for a set price, as we wanted to try several dishes we decided to order three starters and three mains. When ordering the manager told me that it was one meal per person so I told him to just charge the main menu price for the additional starter and main to which he told me he would allow it this time however he would say no in the future. Yes you are reading that correctly a restaurant that sells food telling customers they cannot buy the food they want, absolutely ridiculous behaviour and attitude from the manager. They should be happy that a table for two are buying the food for three, and to top it off the portion sizes were very small so we would have left hungry had we not ordered for three. Needless to say I haven't been back as I don't want to be refused ordering food I want. The food itself was nice however it was not Thai rice they were using but a cheap long grain...

the best place! we arrived and were told the power had gone down and they weren’t sure if they were going to be able to serve food or not, we stayed and waited about 15 minutes before the power went back on and we were able to order. while we waited, the server brought down complimentary crackers and took our drinks order. the food was absolutely incredible! probably the best i’ve had in dundee since i moved here 2 years ago. it was so filling as well and really well priced! really recommend the prawn starter wrapped in puff pastry and the chicken satay😍 the service was amazing, servers so attentive and kind. the main man was so friendly and even took 25% off our bill and gave us free icecream at the end for the ‘trouble’ which really was nothing and 100% worth the extra little wait. definitely planning on returning and can’t...

Visited Saturday night 5th July 2014 about 8pm. First signs not good as there were not many people in. Waitress had problem taking orders but we eventually got our food. I had duck which was way overly spicy such that it couldn't be eaten by me or others in group yet no indication on menu of "spicy" yet alone "very spicy". Eventually managed to get the manageress to understand the problem, she said they'd "calm it down". When I eventually managed to try some duck it was gristle, bone and skin. The manageress apologized saying "the chef normally takes the scraps from the duck home, he must have mixed things up". Give credit where credit is due they admitted the mistake and didn't charge for the duck. Bottom line, we all agreed the food (but not the duck which was dire) is average and expensive, we will not...

Value is always one of the most important factors in a customers experience at a restaurant and this place has wonderful value (specifically their lunch which is what I ate). 12£ for 1 starter, 1 main, and 1 dessert. I tried the Thai Chicken Wings, Thai Green Curry, and the Fried Banana dessert. The chicken was juicy and when paired with the sweet chili sauce had wonderful flavor. The green curry was the star of the show and definitely surprised me. It didn’t look delicious, but my god was it. Bursting with flavor, the correct amount of creaminess and heat. The dessert was simple and flavorful and I loved the warm fried banana with the vanilla ice cream. Ian, the bar manager and guy running the FOH was very kind and just all around great. I will definitely be returning here for some Thai whenever I’m in Dundee next.

Had the red curry with chicken.. delicious ! Plenty of meat and tasty curry but could have done with more veg (probably enough for most people). Note: rice is ordered separately 🍚 Nice decor with lots of Thai ornamentation. Knocked down a star for service as my main server never cracked a smile. They checked on me but asked to remove my plate a bit too early. A bit pricy but not compared to other Thai restaurants in Scotland. Worth coming for lunch as advertising 1 course £6.95 and 2 for a bit more. Would still return/recommend as the food seemed good (from what I tried) and got busy at peak dinner time (was less busy when I arrived around 5pm).
