Pizza Merano — Local services in Leeds

If you stay in leeds centre on a night out...DO NOT USE THIS TAKEAWAY. I stayed at the easy hotel in the centre and ordered online. They accepted my order and left me waiting for 40 minutes , at which point I called to query where my food was n they told me they could not deliver to leeds centre due to road closures however there was other means of access to the hotel as the hotel hotel manager told me this. And....to make things even worse the delivery driver was apparently the manager. Well........if this is the case then there is no hope for this takeaway ar all. Tried to get a refund which was really difficult and they insisted I contact just eat to get a refund. Everyone just tried to pass the buck and fob me off. I had to call the takeaway multiple times after this and they just didnt care at all. Then they said they would cook and send the order fresh. I obviously didnt see the logic to this seen as though they "couldn't get to me" apparently....the only person who seemed to listed was Tariq who I praise but the rest of the staff were just ignorant and awful and basically didnt give a sh*t once they had my order and paid for. I only leave this this review for others that stay in leeds that dont live there. My 1 star on this review is literally only for Tariq. If I had the option to leave no stars I would if it wasnt for him....

FANTASTIC!!! You WILL NOT find a better Pizza, in Leeds!!! Pizza Merano have been my favourite pizzeria since 2016! With every order, I just love them more and more! The restaurant owner delivered my order in person today. We first met a few years back when he chose to deliver my pizza himself, so he could thank me for the amazing reviews I leave, after each order. I was a little surprised to see him again after a few years, but it was a nice surprise! It's very rare that the owner of a restaurant will personally thank you for your loyalty! But, I have to say, Pizza Merano make it very easy to remain loyal, because the food is always perfect! I'm happy to pay a little extra for good quality, and that's exactly what you get from Pizza Merano! If you love pizza, I have a recommendation... I order the 14" Deep Pan, Quattro Formaggi (w/ extra cheese, green peppers, pepperoni, and stuffed crust)... It always arrives hot, with the cheese still perfectly melted, and it's very obvious that they only use the best quality ingredients! Thank you again to everyone at Pizza Merano... Definitely Recommend Pizza Merano, food always arrives piping hot and in good time. We have ordered Pizzas on a number of occasions and we have enjoyed each and every one. Delicious base and toppings and Very good value for money. We used to order from one of the major pizza chains and they always struggled to find us and as a result our pizza always arrived cold. Never had this issue with Pizza Merano, Hot food, great taste, fast delivery.
