I walked into the shop during lunchtime get a sandwich give you some context I am a South Asian male. I didn’t get a greeting at all when I walked into shop neither did I get approached to ask what I wanted to get. I must have paced up and down the shop a good few times to get someone’s attention the workers could see me but chose to ignore me and put their head down carrying on working. It was a good few minutes at this time.

Another gentleman (Caucasian/White) walked into the shop at this point there were only two of us I was the first and only customer to arrive. The lady began to serve him straight away with a very nice greeting and continued to ignore me.

This behaviour is disgraceful from your business and I will escalate this issue. I expect to you check your CCTV to back up what I’m saying. This is clearly discrimination and you clearly have some racist staff working at your store. I won’t be coming back and I will be telling others about what...

It was really horrible. I'm not saying the good reviews are fake or untrue for this place, but my experience of it was quite negative. From the moment I walked in, I was instantly pressured to make a choice of what I wanted, and the staff didn't explain what I could get after I asked. I felt like the staffmember was just pushing and pushing to make a choice so they could go back to their conversation. The sandwich itself was so so bad. You are honestly better off getting a Tesco Meal deal sandwich which taste 100 times better than whatever it is I got. there were almost no ingredients inside, too much heavy bread, really disgusting meat and sloppy wrapping. I'm really not a picky guy, I enjoy eating at places like Subway, but I will never visit this...

Walk in and you can see it's modern style. Plenty of space for customers. Not a lot of space for the staff to move around. I visited for a breakfast bap, brunch here set me back about £6 but I was able to get 4 toppings for that price. Staff were friendly and attentive. I wasn't offered any sauce but then again I didn't ask. So I'm going with "Don't ask, don't get" but it would have been nice to have be offered. All in all a pleasant experience. Would recommend if you like your ingredients...
