Mahout Indian Street Kitchen — Restaurant in Leeds

This was my first time ordering from here, and I can confidently say it won’t be my last! Yes, it’s a little on the pricey side, but trust me—it’s worth every penny. Absolutely outstanding! This is hands down my new favourite curry place!

The pani puri were sheer perfection—delicately crisp and puffed to perfect. The butter chicken was an absolute dream—rich, creamy, and packed with flavour. Best of all, the chicken was beautifully tender, not dry in the slightest (which is rare to find!).

The peshwari naan was without question the best I’ve ever had—soft, warm, and filled with just the right amount of sweet nuttiness. And then there’s the lamb biryani—simply divine! Every bite was bursting with flavour, and the lamb was melt-in-the-mouth tender.

I have to give credit to the delivery guy who was lovely—friendly, smiley and polite.

I can’t recommend this place enough! If you’re looking for top-quality Indian food with incredible flavours and superb service, this is the place...

Well, having heard good things about the food i decided to place an order via Ubereats. All looked very tempting so i placed my food order. About 3 minutes later my entire order was cancelled. Ordered elsewhere.

2nd try 3 weeks later. Placed order, 5 minutes later cancelled again.

3rd try, order placed,. Received phonecall, was told that no dips were available or naan bread for the wrap. I cancelled the order.

4th time. Success. Food was good.

5th time. Ordered in app. Order cancelled.

If you enjoy major food disappointment when you are hungry, order from here and hope they have got enough staff or food to cover your order.

Why offer a service on Uber if 80% of the time you can't fulfil customer order.

Shocking...

Came during Euro 24 the round of 16, the last iconic game for Ronaldo (who is my idol) representing Portugal vs Slovenia. Spent £10 on food, the game was amazing and just during the 1st half of extra time the rude manager turned off the screen saying she’s closing the entire bar (22:00). When told her that this is sports bar and that I drove all to way to it to enjoy the game she raised the voice in anger shouting “don’t talk to me like that”. Disgraceful and pathetic behaviour with lack of humility not knowing that to some Euro football competition that happen every 4 years mean the world.
