Best Staff in Leeds - by a Country Mile (equal to their Sister Pub, the Fox and Newt where they brew their own Beer). Best Juke Box in the known Universe. Dirt cheap gig and function rooms, plenty of live music and numerous events and Student Societies. Decent grub (they even let you bring in takeaways when not serving food). Animal friendly, plenty of Regular customers and of course Otley Runners (Fridays and Saturdays are awash with colourful fancy dress). Best beer garden for miles - proper sun trap, occasional barbecues in summer. Great takeaways within 30 meters staggering distance, especially the Chippy next door. Grade II Listed Building, traditional West Yorkshire Corridor Pub, can be a tad cold in winter (would be great to see the real fires burning) but with all the above going on - who firkin cares? I was on the otley run went to the bar to queue, this girl pushed in front of me and got served by the girl with red hair, I waited patiently then her friend pushed in front to order more drinks for their friends she then served them again, even though I’d been there before them both. After her friend ordered the bartender with red hair then served everyone around me who had got to the bar after me. Then that girls third friend pushed in front and the same bartender served them and completely ignored me. Terrible bouncers!

Ripped the holotag off my ID with zero reasoning, let me in after explicitly saying the ID was fake? So eventually they realised my ID was real and I was let in…. However, by now my holotag had been ripped off so my ID is now no longer valid due to them and I have purchase a new one.
